I have recently fallen in love with the Karoshi series. I downloaded Karoshi 2.0 this morning, and am now addicted to the hole thing. The best part of it, however, is the level editor. Easy to use, fun to play with.
So, I have decided to make:
'The 2009 Karoshi level maker competition.
Any one can enter. All you need is a Newgrounds account, and Karoshi 2.0, which you can download from here:

Download, unzip, open, play, and create.
Once you've finished making your custom game, save it, give it a name, and it will give you an option to copy the code. Accept, then comment on this post and paste your code into your comment.
I will play your level. There will be no prizes, just a bit of fun.
